Trip to Niagara Falls

Beau and I took a little trip to visit my family and celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday. It was so much fun. I haven't been in about 5 years and Beau hasn't met a lot of my family seeing as they all live in NY. We took our nieces to the Falls and did some of the touristy things there. We did the Maid of the Mist, which is a boat that takes you into the bottom of the Horseshoe Falls and by the American Falls. It was amazing and Payton and Caitlin had a good time as well as Beau and me. After that we went to Canada. We walked across, something I've never done. We ate at Planet Hollywood in Canada and watched this dare devil woman preform. We also went to the Hersey factory and got some yummy cookies. It was so nice to spend sometime time with them. On Saturday we celebrated my Grandmother's birthday. It was so nice seeing all my family again. We played lots of different games and just had a blast. Beau enjoyed meeting all the family. It was such a wonderful day and my grandmother had a wonderful time.

1 Year Anniversery

Beau and I recently celebrated our 1 year anniversery. It was on July 5th. I can't believe it has already been a year. We have done so many things in the past year together. We moved to Wyoming, learned how to snowboard, hiked around different states, traveled around the area, and many many other things. I have so many wonderful memories from this 1st year of marriage and I can't wait to see what other memories we will be making. We had a relaxing day on Sunday and then went to Ft. Collins to eat dinner at Olive Garden (yum...yum) and then went to buy some wine from Colorado. It was a wonderful day and I can't wait to celebrate more anniverseries with the love of my life.

We have started packing our apartment and we have been doing a great job, we both think. All we have left is the kitchen and cleaning it all really good. We can't wait to get back to TN to start another chapter in our lives together. It's going to be exciting, I can already see it! I can't wait to have many many more years even better then our first year!

Boxes, Boxes, Boxes

There are boxes everywhere around our bathroom right now so we can start packing starting next week. We are very excited about moving back to Tennessee and start our lives there where we will both be teaching in a couple of years as soon as Beau finishes school but we are both excited about being able to have breaks off together and a summer so we can do some traveling and time together on our days off. I can't wait to start teaching Kindergarten. I am a little nervous about it though. Being a first year teacher and working with 5/6 year olds instead of 3/4 year olds which I have been working with for the past year. We are sure going to miss Laramie. It's been our home for the last year and it has seemed like we just got here. We are going to miss all the people we have become friends with but can't wait to get back to our families and our friends and making new friends back in Clarksville.

Our 1 year anniversery is next Sunday. I am so excited and can't believe it has already been a year. It seems like yesterday we were getting married and celebrating it with our friends and family. We are going to have a nice dinner and hang out in Ft. Collins before starting to pack on Monday. I love Beau with all my heart and can't wait for many, many more years to spend with him and grow more as a couple and start a family and build our lives even more in the years to come. I am so lucky to have found a man who will love and support me in anything I choose to do and still cannot believe I am married and it has almost been a year!

Well this week has taken forever to be over but it's almost Friday. YAY! I have no clue why this week has seemed to crawl by but by Tuesday I was ready for it to be over, don't know why it just felt really slow. Beau and I move in about 3 weeks so I am trying to get boxes and stuff to pack with. I got some boxes from work and some newspaper that are now just sitting in the bathroom because that is the only place we have room right now, oh well. We are hoping we have an apartment to move into, we filled out the application for the place so hopefully we will get a call soom saying the place is still open and we can have it to move in July 13th. That would be fabulous!

So You Think You Can Dance is amazing this season. It is so hard to try to figure out who is leaving each Thursday because they are all that good. I hope my favorites don't go away yet but I haven't figured out who are my fav favs yet.

Not much else.

Since Beau just went to work and I'm at home with not a whole lot to do till 8:00 when So You Think You Can Dance comes on I've decided this is a wonderful time to start my blog.

Beau and I just bought EA Games Active for the Wii and it is such a wonderful workout. So much better then the Wii Fit. You get to do all the work outs at one time instead of having to switch back and forth between screens and will have you sweating by the end of the work out! Such a wonderful purchase.

Beau and I are trying to get everything ready to move in July and it has been less stressful now that I have a job. That's right I have a job at the school system as a Kindergarden teacher at Minglewood. I can't wait to start and move back to Tennessee and get on with the next chapter of our lives. Beau is still going to be in school just not law school, he is going back to school to become certified to teach history. So we will both be teachers which will make for many wonderful summer travels! We have loved Wyoming and learning all the things we have done here and the people we have met and are so glad this is where we started our lives together.

I don't know how good I'll be about blogging but I will try my best to keep everybody informed. I just wish there was an easier way to post pictures so it didn't take so long to upload if anybody has any better ways to upload pictures on here please let me know!

Have a great night!
